Please follow below steps to resolve issue of Frequent Account Lockouts.
2. Click on Start ->Run->Type control userpasswords2> Advanced->Manage passwords-> if passwords are saved delete the same.
3. Open My Computer->C drive->windows/WINNT -> temp files ->delete.
4. Open IE Browser->tools->internet options-> Delete all the browsing history passwords and all.
5. Open IE Browser->tools->internet options-> Delete all the browsing history passwords and all.
6. Open Google Chrome browser -> Tools -> History, Clear all the browsing history.
7. Open Skype ->Uncheck “Sign me in when Skype starts” & “Start Skype when computer starts” ( incase Skype is installed).
8. Click on Start -> Run - >Type rundll32.exe keymgr.dll,KRShowKeyMgr -> Enter and Delete all Saved Passwords.
9. In Skype click ->Options >connection. clear/change password under “use proxy authentication”( incase Skype is installed).
10. Remove shared Mapped network drives.
11. Restart once above steps performed.
Note:
- Please close all your running applications before performing above task.

Note:
- Please ensure, Do not save any password on any of the application which creates frequent account lockout issue .
- If you have logged in more than one system, please follow the same step mentioned below on that system as well.
- Please do not create local ID on Desktop / Laptop as same as Domain AD ID.
